2013 Specialized Ariel Sport - Women's

From rail trails to pristine bike lanes, Specialized's Ariel Sport will take you further and faster and you'll enjoy riding even more. It eats up both pavement and dirt thanks to its great-handling Specialized A1 Premium aluminum frame, a bump-bustin' SR Suntour suspension fork and smooth-rolling 700c wheels. You'll also love the hill-flattening Shimano 27-speed drivetrain and the stopping power of the linear-pull brakes. And to make your rides even smoother, the Ariel boasts a comfy women's Body Geometry seat.

      Comments:

After 20 years away from cycling, I bought this bike about 6 weeks ago. What a dream the Ariel has been. I wanted something that would take on the dirt and sandy trails as well as paved roads and paths. I may be middle aged but I'm no shrinking violet. The bike has surpassed my expectations. Smoth shifting, sturdy frame and beefy suspencion. I have no complaints about the brakes, but I think the one improvement I might suggest would be to add disc brakes. What a fabulous product. I look forward to many years of enjoyment.
